Q How is the application screening process conducted?Our hiring team reviews all submitted applications, primarily focusing on relevant experience in the case of experienced candidates and alignment with Poly’s culture and values in the case of entry-level applicants based on their cover letters. The document screening process, from the application deadline to the results announcement, takes around one week.

Q When should I submit documents such as transcripts and language certificates?We accept these documents in PDF format through our website after the final selection. Please note that any discrepancies between the submitted documents and the information provided in your application may result in disadvantages during the document verification process.

The information you provide will be shared with our hiring managers, and if they find that your qualifications match the requirements of a position in the future, they may contact you.

Q What documents do I need to submit after being hired?You will need to fill out an employment record card on our website and upload documents such as a certificate of employment, income tax statements, a resident registration certificate, a bank statement, and a profile photo. Detailed instructions will be provided once you are hired.

Application Document
Return Guidelines
We accept all application materials and documents through our website
or designated job portals.
However, if you have unavoidably submitted
some documents directly during the process, you can request
their return in accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act
as outlined below.

Applicants not selected for employment may
request the return of submitted application
documents within 14 days after the final selection
results are announced. However, this policy
does not apply to documents submitted online or
voluntarily submitted without our request.
We consider our obligation fulfilled in cases of
document loss due to factors beyond our control,
such as natural disasters, etc. -

To request the return of documents,

applicants can submit a request form to our HR
team via email. Once confirmed, we will send
the documents by registered mail to the
designated address within 14 days.(We kindly ask that the email subject line be written as
“Application Document Return Request.”)
*All costs associated with the return of documents will
be covered by the company. -
3.
We keep application documents for 180 days
from the employment confirmation decision
(the final selection results). If documents are not
requested during this period, we will dispose of
them in compliance with the Personal Information
Protection Act.
