  • Q How is the application screening process conducted?
    Our hiring team reviews all submitted applications, primarily focusing on relevant experience in the case of experienced candidates and alignment with Poly’s culture and values in the case of entry-level applicants based on their cover letters. The document screening process, from the application deadline to the results announcement, takes around one week.
  • Q When should I submit documents such as transcripts and language certificates?
    We accept these documents in PDF format through our website after the final selection. Please note that any discrepancies between the submitted documents and the information provided in your application may result in disadvantages during the document verification process.
  • Q Can foreign nationals apply for positions?
    We do not have specific restrictions regarding nationality, but applicants must hold a valid work visa or can fulfill the requirements of a work visa to be eligible for employment.
  • Q How is the interview process conducted?
    Typically, we conduct a single interview session. Interviews are generally held as a panel interview (1:N) to facilitate in-depth interactions during the hiring process. However, specific details of the interview process may vary depending on the position. For instance, some roles may require portfolio submissions instead of a cover letter, and in certain situations, there may be more than one interview session based on the needs of the department.

    You are welcome to reapply if the job posting aligns with your qualifications and you meet the eligibility criteria. Past unsuccessful applications will not negatively affect your current application.
  • Q How will I be notified of the results during the recruitment process?
    We will announce the results for each stage of the recruitment process on our application website and notify all applicants through text messages to check the results. You can view your results by logging into your account and accessing the My Page section.
  • Q How long does the entire process take, from initial application to final selection announcement?
    Typically, it takes two to three weeks, but the exact duration may vary depending on the specific recruitment process. Please refer to the recruitment announcements for more details.
  • Q Is there a probationary period?
    Yes, all new employees undergo a three-month probationary period, regardless of their level of experience. During this period, your suitability for both the company and the role will be assessed, and a decision on permanent employment will be made.
  • Q What is the pay during the probationary period?
    During the probationary period, you will receive 100% of your regular salary.
  • Q Are there any preferential benefits for veterans?
    Applicants designated as veterans are eligible for preferential benefits in accordance with relevant laws.
  • Q Are job applications only possible online?
    All job applications must be submitted exclusively through our online recruitment webpage and designated job portals. We do not accept individual applications through mail or in-person submissions.
  • Q What are the eligibility criteria for applicants?

  • Q Are there any GPA restrictions for eligibility?
    There are no GPA restrictions.
  • Q Are there any restrictions or additional preferences given based on academic major or additional certifications?
    Generally, applicants may apply for positions regardless of their major. However, for specific positions, preference may be given to candidates with relevant majors or certifications. For more information, please refer to the recruitment announcements posted during the recruitment process.
  • Q Can I preregister my resume even if there are no current job openings in my desired field?
    You can preregister your resume through the Talent Registration menu. The information you provide will be shared with our hiring managers, and if they find that your qualifications match the requirements of a position in the future, they may contact you.
  • Q What documents do I need to submit after being hired?
    You will need to fill out an employment record card on our website and upload documents such as a certificate of employment, income tax statements, a resident registration certificate, a bank statement, and a profile photo. Detailed instructions will be provided once you are hired.

Application Document
Return Guidelines

We accept all application materials and documents through our website
or designated job portals. However, if you have unavoidably submitted
some documents directly during the process, you can request
their return in accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act
as outlined below.

  • 1.

    Applicants not selected for employment may
    request the return of submitted application
    documents within 14 days after the final selection
    results are announced. However, this policy
    does not apply to documents submitted online or
    voluntarily submitted without our request.
    We consider our obligation fulfilled in cases of
    document loss due to factors beyond our control,
    such as natural disasters, etc.

  • 2.

    To request the return of documents,
    applicants can submit a request form to our HR
    team via email. Once confirmed, we will send
    the documents by registered mail to the
    designated address within 14 days.

    *All costs associated with the return of documents will
    be covered by the company.

  • 3.

    We keep application documents for 180 days
    from the employment confirmation decision
    (the final selection results). If documents are not
    requested during this period, we will dispose of
    them in compliance with the Personal Information
    Protection Act.
